If you are not 100% satisfied with your items you have purchased from Grumpy 1260, we will certainly try to help you in resolving this.
Items purchased can be returned if the following applies:
Items(s) are unused
Item(s) have not been modified under any circumstances
Item(s) are in all original packaging
Items maybe rejected for return if the following applies:
Items have deteriorated due to more extensive use.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us either by phone or email.
We must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods, you then have 14 days to return the goods once you have notified Grumpy 1260. Our responsibility is to refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. A full refund of the products value will then be credited to the account that the product was purchased with.
Postage & Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover postage charges when sending the item(s) back.
Please note we do not refund postage from the original order
How do I return and item?
It is preferable to contact us by phone before returning a product If you can’t phone us an email is fine but please allow up to 24 hours for a reply (though we are usually much quicker).
In order for us to be able to process returns quickly and effectively, please write the original invoice number on the exterior of the parcel and enclose a covering letter detailing the following:
- The reason for return
- The original invoice number
- Your contact details including telephone numbers (works, mobile etc)
- Details of any correspondence (name of person spoken to, copy of letter, printout of email)

How long will my refund take?
Returns are processed 1 – 3 working days once received. Once the return has been accepted in accordance to our terms, refunds will be credited to the original card or PayPal account used for payment which can take up to 7 working days. Please note if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or has been sent back late your return may not be accepted.

Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights,
Defects that will be evident immediately upon delivery are required to be reported to us within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Defects not reported within this time are exempt from the guarantee.
